Umbrella Guardian is the informational gateway to two separate service platforms. Product-specific privacy notices govern information handled inside each application.
About this promotional website
This website introduces Umbrella Guardian products and directs visitors to the appropriate service. It does not contain the Guardian Vehicle Protection or Umbrella Ticket Solutions account systems, and it does not ask for an account password or multifactor authentication code.
Vehicle Protection privacy
Vehicle, device, location, alert, trip, installation, and Guardian account information is handled by the Guardian Vehicle Protection platform. Review the current notice on the authoritative application.
Ticket Protection privacy
Driver, membership, benefit, claim, document, reimbursement, and member-message information is handled by the Umbrella Ticket Solutions platform. Review the current notice on the authoritative application.
Shared sign-in
When shared identity is enabled for your account, secure credential and authenticator information is handled by the Umbrella identity service. The promotional website does not receive or store those credentials.
Product-specific notices
The privacy notice displayed by the product you use is the current source for that service’s information-handling practices.
